A «data leakage» tool is a different feature that makes BullGuard stand out. It will alert you when it discovers that information such as your passwords or addresses being leaking online. The UI is simple to use but we’d love to have more help material for those who aren’t familiar with cybersecurity.
BullGuard offers 24/7 customer support via live chat (English only) or email, as well as an FAQ section that is helpful on its website. Users can also join the forum to discuss issues with fellow users or with the company. The only thing that’s missing is phone support which isn’t a huge deal for most users.
